Location: This small community of upscale homes is located just off of Eldridge Parkway, between I-10 and Hwy 290 and is across Tanner from Lakes on Eldridge North.
Homes in Lakes on Eldridge range from approximately $325,000 to $1,000,000. Generally speaking, homes are mostly brick and in the 3,000 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft. range. Most have four or more bedrooms, three or more bathrooms, gamerooms and some have media rooms. Lot sizes are in the range of 8,000 sq. ft. to 16,000+ sq. ft. Homes in Lakes on Eldridge sell pretty quickly, especially the ones with pools.
Lakes on Eldridge Real Estate Market: Many homes that become available for sale are selling within 25 to 30 days. And many of those are under contract within a couple of days of going on the market.
Shopping: Houston's Memorial City Mall, which is one of Houston's nicest and newly renovated malls, is just minutes away on I-10, to the south of Lakes on Eldridge.
