Most of the homes are in the 3,000 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. range and were built between 2001 and 2005. For the most part, homes range between $150,000 and $250,000. In general, the homes have three or four bedrooms and many of them have gamerooms; lot sizes range between 7,000 sq. ft. and 14,000 sq. ft.
Location: Cypress Point Lake Estates is only minutes from Hwy 290. It is located just north of Spring Cypress, between Cypress Rosehill and Telge.
Subdivision Amenities include beautiful subdivision lakes, swimming pool, tennis courts, picnic area and shaded playground.
Shopping: There are plenty of places to shop. Willowbrook Mall, the newly renovated Memorial City Mall and the Houston Premium Outlet Mall are the closest, but The Woodlands Mall is pretty close as well. Other than the malls, there are literally hundreds of places to shop all up and down Hwy 290. Several grocery stores are close by, so you can easily choose which one(s) you prefer without having to drive very far to your favorite one.
Hospitals and Medical Facilities: There are several hospitals and medical facilities within minutes of the subdivision.
